Full or part replacement of existing slate or tiled roofs is one of our areas of expertise. We can deal with anything from a standard faced roof to more intricate and complex tiling arrangements. We work with a wide variety of of clay tiles and traditional slates as well as reclaimed stock and the very latest fibre reinforcing material.

Lead Work & Repairs

Of course a great many of our projects involve working with lead. Getting this important aspect of roofing right can make or break the finish on a roof. Lead work requires a very different set of skills to those associated with general roofing and we pride ourselves in getting an excellent job done, ensuring that even the areas not visible from the ground are executed to our own exacting standards. Flat Roof Systems

Flat roofs come in a wide variety of shapes, sizes and materials. We deal with everything from garage roofs, to large shops and offices. No job is too big or small. We treat each one with the same attention to detail and professional approach as we have every project for the last 30 years!

Rubber Roofing Solutions

EPDM rubber roofing systems.

EPDM is a remarkable product that can cope with extreme temperature variations within a matter of a few hours. It can stay flexible between temperatures of -40 and +120 C. It has excellent resistance against weather conditions and climates, is unaffected by UV or Ozone radiation and has excellent flexibility, making it the perfect roofing cladding product. EPDM has a minimum life expectancy of 50 years and carries a manufacturers guarantee of 20 years.

A.R. Sneddon & Sons offer a range of eco-roofing that can be used on housing, offices, garages, etc. This special membrane allows plants and vegetation to be grown on its surface.
